We are looking for a Director to join our team

Roles and responsibilities…

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at our brand partners, particularly within the luxury fashion and beauty sectors, helping them maximize their success on the ShopMy platform
  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Strategy Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth
  • Drive high retention rates by continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience with data-driven recommendations and proactive solutions
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support, with a focus on elevating the client experience
  • Actively identify and resolve issues impacting business across multiple accounts, collaborating with internal teams to strategically up-level the team as a whole
  • Strategically elevate conversations with clients to identify and capitalize on opportunities to surprise and delight, going beyond the expected to deliver extraordinary value
  • Collaborate with leadership on key KPIs, setting and exceeding goals to drive team performance and ensure alignment with broader company objectives

Our non-negotiables…

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, with a strong preference for experience managing large or luxury accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Great executive presence– you have successfully worked with C-Suite and founders of companies
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and retain clients, with a natural talent for identifying and seizing opportunities
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect the dots to offer proactive service, strategies, and solutions
