We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor campaign messaging accordingly.
  • Collaborate across sales, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to understand product features and benefits, and craft compelling campaign narratives.
  • Own and maintain the campaign calendar, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, creative, email, social media, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, reporting, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the storage, software, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (MS Dynamics 365 a plus).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
