We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team

In this role, you can expect to

  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that leverage a variety of channels to drive business impact.
  • Utilize data, insights and campaign performance to analyze results of launched initiatives, inform executional opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of thoughtful campaign briefs that drive clarity and understanding of key objectives, target audience, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines across a variety of campaigns and projects, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless execution.
  • Identify market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 3-5 years of marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or consumer marketing experience at an advertising, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand.
  • Experience executing end-to-end campaigns, including cross-functional planning, budget management, KPI tracking, creative asset development, and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of media strategies and tactics across channels
  • Solid analytical skills, experience synthesizing data and insights to identify and act upon opportunities.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with a “make it happen” mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity of a growth organization
  • Experience partnering/working with agencies and vendors with knowledge of production timelines is a plus.
  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field
