ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you ready to take ownership of your own region and make a real impact? As part of our high-performing pod of sales professionals, you’ll manage your own 360° sales desk. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to proactively grow our brands by seeking new host clients to operate from their kitchens, while also ensuring the success and profitability of existing hosts in your region.

Your role will be at the heart of our operations, where you’ll build strong relationships and help our partners thrive. You’ll collaborate closely with our expert Partner Success Team and Culinary Trainers to ensure every host meets compliance standards and achieves their maximum profit potential.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Approaching Hosts through cold-calling, industry connections, field sales, emails etc.;
  • Identifying and prospecting leads within the hospitality sector, ideal for supporting the growth of our brands;
  • Managing your pipeline end to end, from pitching our model to closing the deal through face-to-face and/or virtual meetings, to sign-up new host operators (restaurants, pubs, dark kitchens, takeaway shops) who will operate our brands from their existing kitchens
  • Using our CRM system (Hubspot), giving visibility to management team of your progress;
  • Ensuring we have coverage of your whole region: using tools provided to prioritise the best zones first
  • Input for sourcing / recommending new brands to be added to the network;
  • Build a tight relationship with the wider team to maintain Host quality and to encourage the addition of new brands;
  • Be the eyes and ears of what’s happening on the ground and use this insight to influence and contribute to the business strategy;
  • Get up to speed quickly with our model, to deliver 4+ hosts per month once fully onboarded;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of sales/ commercial experience
  • Degree achieved from a top university
  • Preferably from within the food and beverage sector or similar but not essential
  • Street hustler prepared to ‘get stuck in’ and do what it takes to close deals
  • Strategic thinker able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where appropriate
  • Ambitious – we’re looking for potential future management
  • Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility
  • Strong commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
  • Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
  • A self-starter mentality with a relentless work ethic, drive to succeed and competitive edge
  • Excited by the end game and motivated by building an enormous enterprise
  • Prepared to work very hard, take responsibility and make decisions at speed, comfortable finding order in chaos
  • Resilient and loyal
  • Expert level of English language
