EmpRes Operated by Evergreen is proud to provide management consulting and other services to skilled nursing homes and assisted living communities located in the North West United States. The teams at each community provide a broad spectrum of healthcare and related services including but not limited to nursing care, rehabilitation therapy, life enrichment activities and other specialty services.
Our role is to provide support to the local teams’ needs so they can more fully dedicate themselves to residents, patients and families.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing services.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that marketing efforts remain competitive.
- Manage and hold team members accountable for their production.
- Conduct trainings for staff members and find ways to motivate them to achieve success.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Be a servant leader to the team members they oversee, providing support and guidance to help them excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long term care and Skilled Nursing marketing
- Proven track record of success in commission-based sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
