We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team

Social Media Manager Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Create and schedule daily content that aligns with our brand’s voice: fun, energetic, slightly outrageous, and community-driven. Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and lead generation. -Content Creation & Collaboration:
  • Produce engaging and viral-worthy content that resonates with our audience, working closely with the marketing and sales teams. Oversee the creation of visual assets and work hands-on with designers and videographers to produce content when needed.
  • Play a key role in building and managing the content creation/design team.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of social media management experience, ideally for a community or lifestyle brand.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and their respective audiences.
  • Experience overseeing paid social campaigns and budget allocation. Excellent content creation skills, including photography, videography, and graphic design (tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Previous experience with social media management/listenign tools, such as Sprinklr, Sprout social or Hootesuite Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Strong understanding of the sports industry and fan/participant behavior.
  • Passion for building communities and creating engaging, fun content. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
