As a Assistant General Manager – The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- Work with the Restaurant General Manager to execute our business plan and achieve financial and quality goals
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in implementing Legendary Quality Standards throughout the Restaurant
- Manage day to day operation on the floor, leading the Floor Managers and supporting the Restaurant General Manager to ensure exceptional service for our guests
- Monitor and ensure successful on boarding, training and development of the team
- Respond proactively to guest queries and ensure appropriate action is taken to delivery exception service
- Deputize for the Restaurant General Manager in their absence
- Support the Restaurant General Manager with office tasks including rota, purchase orders and more
- Drive the restaurant culture and motivate, encourage and guide the team
