I am working with a Health Tech startup with strong funding and long-term contracts based on their revolutionary new product. They specialise in the all-important fight to improve the awareness, adoption and efficacy of mental health support in the UK. Their digital solutions to mental health treatment have a two-pronged approach, providing both those seeking and offering mental health support with the complete picture facilitating effective treatment.
The Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer, with strong experience in a Typescript, Node, React and AWS based stack and exposure to team and project leadership. Capable of exemplary individual contribution, as well as management of a small, cross-functional engineering team.
The existing team are confident in their proven, product focused approach, having delivered to a high standard on several important releases to date. However, they are looking for someone who is willing and able to come in and raise the bar in engineering, helping drive the company forward from an engineering perspective and uphold the best practices.
