About the Role

Elevate K-12 is hiring certified Science Special Education Teachers across the U.S. for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a remote, part-time opportunity for teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality live instruction to students in grades 6–12.

Teachers must hold a valid U.S. Science Special Education teaching certificate and be willing to obtain reciprocity for certification in additional states, with full reimbursement and support from Elevate K-12.

Expectations

  • Adapt to classes starting throughout the semester (10–20 hours per week).

  • Demonstrate flexibility, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.

  • Have consistent internet access and a suitable home workspace.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Active, verifiable U.S. teaching certification in:

    • Special Education

    • Science

  • Willingness to obtain additional state certifications (fees reimbursed).

  • Experience teaching grades 6–12.

  • Must reside in the U.S. during the 2025–2026 school year.

  • Availability for at least five consecutive hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM EST.

  • Part-time commitment of 10–20 hours per week during school hours.

  • A laptop or desktop computer with reliable high-speed internet.
