Adobe is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join its IT Service Management (ITSM) team. In this role, you will help streamline workflows, drive adoption of Adobe’s Service Management Foundation, and bring automation to IT services using platforms like ServiceNow and AI. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to learn fast, make an impact, and contribute to the operational backbone of one of the world’s leading creative companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with experts to define and implement Adobe’s Service Management roadmap.

  • Identify user problems and opportunities to optimize ITSM workflows.

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Use data and feedback to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.

  • Help automate processes using ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions.

  • Drive adoption of ITSM practices through intuitive, embedded workflows.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

  • Internship, co-op, or project experience in product management, IT operations, or business analysis.

  • Exposure to ITSM or ITIL concepts is a plus (not required).

  • Ability to work on cross-functional or agile projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence is a bonus.

  • Comfortable working with data to support decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $69,100 – $143,100 annually (based on market, skills, and experience).

  • Non-sales roles: base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  • Certain roles may include long-term equity awards.
