What You Will Do
As a caregiver, you will be responsible for implementing customized care plans that address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Your role involves delivering exceptional care and assistance to clients, enhancing their overall well-being, and treating them like family. You’ll go above and beyond to support clients and help them achieve their personalized goals.
Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes

Execute personalized care plans and weekly schedules

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

Offer personal companionship and remain actively engaged with each client, providing emotional and social support

Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Complete documentation of tasks and report any changes in clients’ physical condition, mental status, or behavior
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience

Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care is a plus

Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential

Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in various situations

Reliable, punctual, and dependable
-
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Able to pass a background check and provide references
