Responsibilities
Customer Service

Package groceries at checkout

Assist customers in unloading baskets and transporting groceries to their vehicles

Help customers locate merchandise in-store
Stocking & Sanitation

Retrieve and organize baskets from inside and outside

Restock bag areas and check stand supplies

Clean the check stand, return center, and other areas to ensure safety and presentation

Replace mats, distribute Buddy Bucks, and maintain overall cleanliness

Assist with product returns and item restocking

Minimum Requirements

Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety (upon hire)

Must be 18+ years of age
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and grasp

Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs)**

Work in varying conditions (hot, cold, noisy, wet, or outdoor environments)

Ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed
* Constantly: 5.5+ hours/shift | Frequently: 2.5–5.5 hours/shift | Occasionally: 0–2.5 hours/shift
** Do not lift beyond your safe limit. Always ask for assistance with heavy loads.
