ClearView Healthcare Management is a dedicated healthcare management team that supports the day-to-day operations of skilled nursing facilities across Kentucky and Tennessee. Our facilities provide both short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, as well as long-term care for residents. With a hands-on, local approach, we work closely with each facility’s leadership, offering consistent guidance, resources, and expertise to ensure the highest standard of care.
About the Job
Salary: $18.50 – $23.00 per hour, based on shift and experience
Shift Options: Full-time and part-time available | 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulating

Accurately take and record vital signs

Safely lift and transport residents using proper body mechanics

Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

Assist nurses with various tasks as needed

Maintain respectful, effective communication with residents, families, and staff
Requirements:

Current state certification as a CNA
-
Graduation from an accredited CNA program
-
One year of experience in long-term care is preferred
