 Key Responsibilities for the Academic Manager

• Lead the design, delivery, and development of educational programmes aligned with internal and external quality standards.

• Oversee and manage teaching staff, including performance management, timetabling, and appraisals.

• Collect and analyse student data to inform continuous improvement and learner achievement.

• Ensure student enrolments, assessments, and records are accurately maintained.

• Deliver occasional teaching sessions, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
