Where We Work
Udemy’s headquarters is located in San Francisco, with additional offices across the U.S. and globally in Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, and more. We operate on a strong hybrid model, with major hubs in San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, Mexico City, and Melbourne. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week at the nearest Udemy office.

About the Role
As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you’ll play a vital role in growing Udemy’s presence in the EdTech space and driving our mission to become the world’s leading learning organization.
You’ll work alongside Account Executives to target Fortune 1000 companies, delivering insightful messaging that highlights the value of Udemy Business. With access to cutting-edge sales tools, you’ll hone your prospecting skills and build a foundation for a thriving career in sales—or wherever your aspirations take you.

What You’ll Do

Build a qualified sales pipeline across the Americas Enterprise segment using phone, email, LinkedIn, gifting, and ABM-driven strategies.

Craft compelling narratives to communicate Udemy Business’s unique value to a wide range of stakeholders, including leaders unfamiliar with our brand.

Leverage tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qualified, Orum, and Gong to improve performance and streamline outreach.

Partner with Account Executives to identify buying signals and strategically drive brand awareness and high-value meetings.

Develop core sales competencies, including territory planning, call effectiveness, time management, and digital strategy.

Contribute to Udemy’s inclusive and collaborative culture by uplifting yourself and others in a hybrid work setting.
What You’ll Bring
