Account Executives work closely with clients/customers to ensure success with the many systems that are installed and supported. Under minimal supervision, the Sales Representative develops and ensures customers receive timely, informative, engaging, and comprehensive support to increase sales and growth through strong sales partnerships. The ideal candidate for this opportunity already has an established reputation for success from working alongside General Contractors or Security Contractors. This is a relationship-based opportunity that builds on both past and current successes in the Las Vegas market.

  • Excellent organizational skills related to Program/Project Management.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
  • Broad-based industry and market knowledge.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to various organizational levels.
  • A strong work ethic with the personal motivation to function individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationship building, communicating vision, and team leadership.
  • An experienced leader who acts as a role model while guiding, developing, and mentoring others within the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving tools and techniques.
  • Capabilities in implementing program deliverables, leveraging an understanding of cultural differences in business practices across regions or countries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of customer service, sales forecasting, sales targeting, sales operations, or sales management working directly with General Contractors in Las Vegas.
  • Industry experience: Security Alarm industry a plus.
  • Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and self-driven skills.
