What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of key initiatives, including but not limited to:
Delivery
- Secure and maintain campaigns from existing agencies and direct clients.
- Drive measurable business outcomes for our partners.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key decision-makers to grow existing business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Set, communicate, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Prioritize and execute tasks with a strong focus on quality while managing multiple deadlines.
Project Management
- Leverage marketing, PR events, and entertainment to enhance MiQ’s visibility among clients.
- Ensure client needs and deliverables are met by coordinating with Trading, Account Management, and Solutions teams.
- Maintain organized oversight of client deliverables and performance.
- Keep projects on track by managing stakeholders and multiple milestones effectively.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
- Lead the development and execution of successful account strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, bridging differences to find effective solutions.
Communication
- Deliver compelling and data-driven storytelling that inspires and engages stakeholders.
- Adapt communication style to effectively influence internal teams and external partners, ensuring positive outcomes.
Innovation
- Collaborate with central teams, such as Product and Solutions, to develop tailored solutions for brands and agencies.
- Provide thought leadership and actionable insights that drive business success.
- Embrace curiosity by continuously seeking innovative approaches, exploring new market opportunities, and adopting fresh ideas and processes.
Your Qualifications
- Highly self-motivated and driven, with the ability to operate independently.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, focusing beyond RFPs to propose solutions that address business challenges.
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment, embracing a “win together” mindset.
- 3+ years of experience in advertising sales preferred.
