Your Role at Connecteam

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success. This is a quota-carrying position, where you will own the full sales cycle, manage your account pipeline, and contribute to the team’s overall growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Become a product expert—gain deep knowledge of Connecteam’s offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Be the company’s eyes and ears—no one understands our clients better than the Sales team.
  • Represent Connecteam—our reputation is built on exceptional customer service and engagement.
  • Influence product development by sharing client feedback and needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Take ownership and demonstrate initiative in driving success.

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of international B2B sales experience in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and goal-driven mindset—MUST!
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Remote availability Monday–Friday is required.
