Responsibilities

  • Drive market expansion and increase adoption of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.

  • Establish, develop, and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

  • Actively prospect, acquire new business, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Identify and seize growth opportunities within assigned regions, including OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to rapidly increase utilization in the designated territory.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new business.

  • Represent the company at local trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience in the healthcare sector, with direct interaction with healthcare providers in the assigned region.

  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, strong understanding of decision-maker types, and expertise in consultative selling. (National sales awards are a plus.)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively present to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • A proactive approach with a sense of urgency and a focus on closing deals.

  • Ability to understand and address the needs of medical professionals, manage logistics, and provide effective problem-solving solutions.

  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with the ability to work independently and drive success.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws, patient privacy regulations, and ethical considerations in handling sensitive information.
