Responsibilities

Drive market expansion and increase adoption of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.

Establish, develop, and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Actively prospect, acquire new business, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Identify and seize growth opportunities within assigned regions, including OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.

Develop and execute a strategic business plan to rapidly increase utilization in the designated territory.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new business.

Represent the company at local trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience in the healthcare sector, with direct interaction with healthcare providers in the assigned region.

Proven track record of successful sales performance, strong understanding of decision-maker types, and expertise in consultative selling. (National sales awards are a plus.)

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively present to both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

A proactive approach with a sense of urgency and a focus on closing deals.

Ability to understand and address the needs of medical professionals, manage logistics, and provide effective problem-solving solutions.

Comfortable working in a startup environment with the ability to work independently and drive success.
