Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, primarily conducting web-based product demonstrations.

  • Operate at high capacity, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas on a consistent basis.

  • Qualify leads effectively and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain clean records in Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to refine qualification criteria and maximize efficiency.

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth transitions and long-term client success.

  • Provide valuable customer and market insights to both marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.

  • Actively self-source leads through cold calling and other prospecting strategies.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least 1 year of closing experience in a sales-driven role

  • Quota-driven mindset with a strong record of exceeding monthly revenue targets (MRR)

  • High-speed sales cadence, efficiently navigating prospects through the sales cycle

  • Strong ability to lead and solution-sell during a high volume of product demos

  • Salesforce expertise, ensuring proper pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene

  • Ability to adopt and implement proven sales techniques effectively

  • Background in SaaS, preferably in MarTech or related technology sectors
