Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive – Security to lead sales efforts for Microsoft-aligned security solutions and services. This quota-carrying role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson with deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Solution Plays, co-sell motions, and funding programs.

As an Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with Microsoft account teams and internal stakeholders to identify, shape, and close security opportunities. A competitive base salary and performance-based variable compensation structure are offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, territory managers, and security specialists.

  • Proactively map customer accounts to identify security upgrade and modernization opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with Microsoft-funded programs.

  • Lead strategic security transformation conversations with Microsoft and client stakeholders.

  • Track Microsoft’s evolving priorities and incentives to propose refreshed go-to-market (GTM) motions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+ years in technology sales, including at least 2 years in security or Microsoft solution areas.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft security solutions.

  • Experience co-selling with Microsoft sales teams or partner-led models.

  • Proven success leveraging Microsoft funding programs to generate opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and consultative selling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise clients.

  • Understanding of Microsoft’s security solution plays and partner incentives.

  • Familiarity with ECIF/PoE processes and Solution Assessment motions.

  • Ability to align security offerings with measurable business outcomes.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
