Responsibilities

Proactively generate and nurture leads to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Deliver quotes and perform online demos for prospective clients.

Close new business opportunities with small to large business owners in hospitality, residential, and short-term rental industries.

Re-engage older clients and maintain relationships with software provider account managers for new leads.

Utilize marketing skills on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Maintain awareness of supply, demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors to adjust pricing and strategy.

Log and track all sales activity in CRM software.

Contribute to team objectives and support other sales initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

4+ years of sales experience, preferably in property management or vacation rental industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Technologically savvy, capable of delivering online demos of the Inhabit platform.

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Energetic, accountable, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and collaborate with team members.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Willingness to travel as required.
