Role Summary:

Bizagi, a leading global cloud automation software company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise-wide sales initiatives for North America. You will manage named accounts, sell into new opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across industries, delivering measurable value through Bizagi’s low-code process automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships within assigned named accounts and new opportunities.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for client stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Lead discovery sessions, strategize solutions, and coordinate internal Bizagi resources for successful implementations.

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while maintaining satisfied, referenceable clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across technical, delivery, marketing, legal, and executive functions.

  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously through a complex, value-based sales process.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and revenue goals.

  • Consultative sales solution skills with ability to communicate ROI clearly.

  • Experience with “land and expand” strategy and working with consulting partners.

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Time management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

  • Fluency in AI technologies a plus.
