We are looking for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the overall client satisfaction, retention, growth, and profitability of the agency. This individual will help support the company and our sales department by providing superior knowledge and service to current clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Service existing policyholder accounts. Provide prompt and courteous service for billing, processing endorsements for policy changes, follow ups, etc.
  • Issue policy documents to clients- such as ID cards, binders, certificates, and other relevant proofs of insurance when requested.
  • Assist the Sales Team by identifying cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with policy procedures for both the agency and the carrier guidelines.
  • Perform renewal policy reviews- review coverages, shop client’s policy to continuously find best rate, keep policy information up to date.

Qualifications:

  • 1 Year Minimum of Insurance policy handling
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Relevant knowledge of insurance products and underwriting procedures
  • Extreme attention to detail and precise verbal/written communication skills
  • Highly motivated to help foster growth both individually and for the agency as a whole
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
