About the job

LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our warehousing client’s team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of sales and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand client requirements and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to clients, using persuasive techniques to drive interest and sales.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of client projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels, address any issues or concerns promptly, and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Work closely with various internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, facilitating the successful delivery of projects.
  • Strive to meet or exceed client expectations and sales targets by delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
  • Must have knowledge of warehouse solutions, modular buildings, conveyor systems, racking, and material handling equipment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
  • Engineering and design experience is a plus
  • Must be able to travel locally in Nashville area to client sites
