About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, people-first Account Manager to support our growing client base. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, client retention, and smaller-scale upsell opportunities. You’ll serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and our internal fulfillment team—aligning execution with strategic goals, freeing up the Sales team for enterprise-level growth, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

What You’ll Do

Client Success & Delivery

  • Lead post-sale client onboarding and relationship management

  • Own day-to-day client communications and ensure deliverables meet expectations

  • Coordinate internal teams to maintain timely and high-quality execution

  • Provide progress reports and insights to clients to build transparency and trust

Upselling & Expansion

  • Identify client needs and offer add-on services (e.g., marketing package upgrades)

  • Flag renewal or expansion opportunities for the Sales team

  • Monitor client engagement and proactively address churn risk

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Ensure clean handoffs from Sales and maintain accurate documentation

  • Track client performance metrics and satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Report client health and improvement ideas to internal stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles: account management, customer success, or project coordination (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or professional services)

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

  • A service-driven, problem-solving mindset

  • Confidence in presenting upsells and delivering value to clients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

How We Work

You’ll collaborate within a structure that promotes clarity, efficiency, and collaboration:

  • Account Executives (AEs): Handle new business, renewals, and major upsells

  • Account Managers (AMs): Own implementation, support, and minor upsells

  • Fulfillment Team: Executes across content, design, SEO, and marketing—ensuring the “doing” gets done; you ensure it’s done well and aligned with client goals

Required Hard Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Strong with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)

  • Experience using CRM and support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk)

  • Proficient in Zoom, Slack, and business email etiquette

  • Comfortable managing client assets via platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like email platforms, CMS (WordPress, Elementor)

  • General digital literacy and adaptability with web-based systems

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience in the insurance industry or marketing agencies

  • Background in client onboarding or SaaS implementations

  • Exposure to email campaigns, SEO, WordPress, or analytics reporting

  • Experience in sales or business development
