Role Overview:

The Account Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facility customers. You’ll act as a trusted partner, supporting facilities in solving issues, monitoring business metrics, and ensuring seamless workflows. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role suited for proactive problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of facility accounts, resolving issues and assisting with invoices.

  • Build trust with providers and executives by demonstrating business insight and workflow knowledge.

  • Clearly communicate the value of Clipboard’s solutions to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with product teams to improve offerings.

  • Collaborate across teams to execute customer trials and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Willingness to travel 30–60% of the time locally.

  • Relationship management experience preferred.

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
