Description:

Greenbox Capital is looking for a talented Relationship Account Manager to be responsible for building and maintaining, based on certain funnel metrics, a book of ISO channel partners. This role is focused on building rapport, selling the company’s offering and educating on process and product knowledge. The Account Manager must be a team player, highly motivated, and driven to excel in an energetic and growing company. A “can-do” attitude with very strong linguistic skills is required to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building a book of ISO partners by canvassing the industry and calling on partners to get them to sign up with Greenbox Capital.
  • Maintaining certain ratios in the Account Manager’s portfolio of ISO Partners.
  • Analyze the funnel metrics to make key phone calls to impact results.
  • Making required touch points with partners and logging various types of feedback data.
  • Staying up
  • to date with all changes on products and processes in the company to effectively educate and sell partners.
  • Staying up to date with competitors and provide feedback to leadership
  • Mentor newer tenured Account Manager

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in consumer service sales or SMB lending industry
  • Has worked at least 5 years in a fast-paced environment where speed is required for success.
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Problem-solving mindset, quick witted.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required
  • Familiarity with Canadian markets or business environments.

Preferred:

  • MCA experience
