About the Role
Red Bull is seeking a dynamic Account Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and grow product sales across an assigned route of accounts. The ASM will drive sales, increase product placement, and ensure that Red Bull’s brand standards are met across all large and small format “off-premise” stores.
Key Responsibilities
Management & Sales

Manage Red Bull products and build relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts

Assess current and ongoing product needs and identify opportunities to increase sales

Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and functioning properly

Perform outside sales activities and other tasks as assigned
Execution & Merchandising

Evaluate competitor activities including new launches and pricing strategies

Meet monthly goals related to sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and merchandising

Maintain product freshness, proper rotation, and optimal brand flow according to Red Bull standards

Expand inventory and enhance in-store branding at each assigned account
Building Success

Collaborate across the organization and share best practices with peers

Maintain strong customer relationships at all assigned accounts

Act as a leader and major contributor within the team
Qualifications

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card

Minimum age: 21 years

Experience in sales, account management, and DSD (direct store delivery) preferred
-
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and promotional displays
-
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
