Accountant

As an Accountant, you’ll support our general accounting processes, particularly the month-end close. Your responsibilities will include preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts (inventory, construction-in-progress, fixed assets, accounts payable, accrued expenses), and assisting with budget-to-actual variance analysis for projects. You’ll also evaluate invoices for capitalization, recommend process improvements, support Regional Finance Directors with inquiries and journal entries, analyze discrepancies, and independently calculate monthly accruals for various expenditures. Preparing financial and other reports as needed will also be part of your role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or 3+ years of equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and make independent decisions.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
