Compensation: Target $65,000 annually ($31.25/hour + overtime), or $68,000 annually ($32.69/hour + overtime) with a Master’s degree, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Your Role: You’ll manage your own financial operation, providing crucial balance to our business. Our development program offers exposure to sales, marketing, HR, risk management, and real estate to drive customer service, growth, efficiency, and profitability. As your business acumen grows, you’ll advance to supervisory roles within business management.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute accounting procedures for financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Conduct branch audit evaluations.
  • Assemble bank reconciliations and account schedules.
  • Prepare journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations.
  • Participate in the month-end closing process.
  • Assist personnel with accounting policy inquiries.
  • Analyze income statement fluctuations.
  • Propose process improvements and cost-saving ideas.
  • Manage financial records and assist in financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • May handle T&E reports and tax returns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
