Compensation

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Target compensation of $65,000 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek ($31.25/hour), plus overtime.

  • Master’s Degree: Target compensation of $68,000 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek ($32.69/hour), plus overtime.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with departments like sales and marketing, HR, risk management, and real estate to drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll be part of a development journey that could lead to running your own financial operation.


Responsibilities
As an Accountant, your work will include a wide range of critical financial functions:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements

  • Perform branch audits and evaluations

  • Complete bank reconciliations and account schedules

  • Prepare journal entries and manage expense allocations

  • Support monthly financial close processes

  • Assist departments with accounting policies and procedures

  • Analyze income statement variances

  • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting

  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance

  • Support sales and other tax return preparation

  • Manage T&E reports, account coding, and reimbursements


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years

  • No DUI/DWI or other drug/alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
