Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile bank statements

Perform month-end close tasks and financial statement analysis

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger transactions

Support financial audits and tax filings
-
Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting

Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decisions

Drive process improvements in accounting operations
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in consulting or technology

Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Logical Formulas)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 (Illinois-based)
