As an Accountant, you’ll learn all facets of financial management, preparing you to potentially run your own financial operation and collaborate with various departments (sales, marketing, HR, etc.) to drive customer service, growth, efficiency, and profitability. You’ll gain increasing responsibility, including supervisory roles, as your business acumen develops.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute accounting procedures to prepare financial statements and analyses.
  • Conduct branch audit evaluations.
  • Assemble bank reconciliations and account schedules.
  • Prepare journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations.
  • Participate in the month-end closing process.
  • Assist personnel with accounting policy and procedure inquiries.
  • Analyze income statement fluctuations.
  • Propose process improvements and cost-saving ideas.
  • Manage financial records and assist in financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • May handle T&E reports and tax return preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Flexibility for future career advancement, potentially involving relocation.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
