About the Role
Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Account Manager to oversee financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budget development. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management – Prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records. Assist with budget development and ensure timely financial reporting.

Financial Analysis – Analyze financial reports, provide insights on account reserves, assets, and expenditures, and support annual audits.
Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) required.

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and database administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
