Company Overview
At Amazon, our work is driven by four core principles: a deep obsession with our customers, a passion for innovation, a commitment to operational excellence, and a focus on long-term thinking. We thrive on building transformative technologies, inventing new products, and delivering services that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
We move quickly, embrace experimentation, and aren’t afraid to fail. While we operate with the scale and resources of a global company, we maintain the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup.
Amazonians across the globe—from those building Amazon Web Services to those developing Alexa—are united by a common mission: to serve our diverse customers, including shoppers, sellers, developers, and content creators, with dedication and innovation.
