Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Accounts Executive to support and grow our client base within the schools and education sector. This key role focuses on nurturing existing partnerships, driving client retention and satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling tailored services. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales experience, combined with excellent administrative and communication skills.

You’ll play a vital role in enhancing client engagement, ensuring compliance with pre-course requirements, and supporting broader team goals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused role and is passionate about making a positive impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track expiring client certifications; coordinate timely renewals to maintain compliance.

  • Collect, assess, and act upon client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

  • Handle incoming quotation requests with prompt, professional responses.

  • Conduct accurate pre-course checks for school clients to ensure full readiness.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying growth through cross-selling and up-selling.

  • Promote new courses to clients, clearly communicating key benefits and value.

  • Reach out to existing clients with special offers and promotions to drive engagement.

  • Maintain and update accurate client records for all Head Office contacts.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.

  • Perform administrative duties to support smooth operations within the department.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Confident in building and maintaining client relationships

Preferred:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification

  • Experience working with schools or within the education sector

Location Requirements

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Hassocks (BN6 9GL) or have plans to relocate prior to starting.
