We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate I to join our Corporate Finance team in Boise, ID. This hybrid role requires on-site work 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely once initial training is completed.


Scope of the Role

As an Accounts Payable Associate I, you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and play a key role in managing invoice processing, mail handling, document scanning, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, accurate under pressure, and thrives in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency

  • Sort incoming mail and scan financial documents

  • Work with Excel reports, sorting data and downloading queries

  • Use multiple software applications throughout the AP process

  • Identify and recommend process improvements

  • Collaborate effectively in a team setting while bringing positive energy

  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines and high-volume conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of accounting procedures

  • Experience with ERP or computer-based accounting systems
