Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Specialist
Our staffing firm is partnering with a valued client to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate review, coding, and processing of invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining thorough documentation in line with company policies.

You’ll collaborate closely with management to help maintain general ledger accuracy, assist with accruals, and support both vendor and internal relationships. This position is ideal for someone with experience handling accounts payable across multiple locations or business entities, who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and excels at communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of experience in a high-volume AP environment, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations
Familiarity with accounts payable systems, including experience with transitions and integrations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to change, manage tight deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
