About the Role
Amrize Building Envelope LLC d/b/a Duro-Last is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. In this role, you will assist AR staff with daily operations, manage customer communications, process documentation for tax credits, and help maintain high standards of customer service. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Accomplish

Process customer waivers, tax credits, and correspondence

Maintain customer master records and respond to faxes, emails, and overflow phone calls daily

Reconcile customer accounts with accuracy

Process account adjustments as needed

Send credit reference requests for new and existing customers; run credit reports

Support annual audits by pulling vendor invoices, packing slips, and backup documents

Perform additional AR duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

Prior accounts receivable or accounts payable experience strongly preferred

Excellent math skills and high accuracy in data entry

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Superior customer service skills (internal and external)

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with analytical thinking
