Your Role:
As a Personal Assistant (PA) supporting our busy Real Estate team in London, you’ll play a vital role in delivering professional, high-quality client service and operational support. Your efficiency and organisation will help ensure fee earners can focus on revenue-generating work. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity offering real impact and variety.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and enquiries

Coordinate fee earner diaries and arrange meetings (including video conferencing and room bookings)

Prepare meeting papers and take/distribute accurate minutes

Support billing processes and liaise with the Finance Team to ensure timely payments

Regularly review matter lists to maintain financial hygiene

Collaborate with the Document Production Team to uphold firm style and formatting
-
Manage client documents, ensuring secure handling and timely return of originals
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Skills:

5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths
-
Ability to work independently and with diplomacy
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail

Good grammar, punctuation, and document handling
Preferred Experience:
-
Prior experience supporting a fee earner in a legal or professional services environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Knowledge of Irwin Mitchell processes (desirable)
