Make a Difference as an Activities Assistant
As a valued Activities Assistant, you’ll be helping to create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere where residents feel connected, engaged, and supported in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include:

Organising and leading enjoyable social and therapeutic activities, especially for residents living with dementia

Creating personalised activity plans based on individual interests and abilities

Supporting mealtimes to ensure calm, sociable environments

Encouraging residents to stay active and independent

Monitoring residents’ changing needs and communicating with care staff as required
