Position Summary
Amazon Advertising is seeking a highly motivated Seller to provide consultative support for mid-to-large brand and performance advertisers. In this role, you will leverage your digital advertising expertise to help clients meet business goals, build trust, and drive revenue during transitional periods. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, educating them with data-driven insights while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect, penetrate, and build executive-level client relationships.

Develop tailored advertising solutions using e-commerce and industry insights.

Retain and grow revenue with outstanding customer service.

Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic ad campaigns.

Lead new business deals with data-driven insights.

Use CRM tools to track progress and opportunities.

Identify risks, solve problems, and ensure successful campaign delivery.

Create brand plans, campaign strategies, and actionable insights from data.

Present recommendations and educate clients on campaign performance.

Travel up to 20% domestically (about 1 trip per month); global travel up to twice annually.
A Day in the Life
You’ll begin by consulting with clients to align on goals, then work with partner teams to craft tailored advertising strategies. You’ll analyze campaign metrics, present insights, and identify new growth opportunities. Throughout the day, you’ll leverage cross-team exposure to support multiple verticals and accounts, always focused on helping clients make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions with Amazon Ads.

The Amazon Adapt team provides dynamic coverage during business transitions (leaves, new hires, and unexpected gaps). Team members gain high-velocity exposure across categories, products, and clients, making this a fast-paced environment with continual learning opportunities. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience.

1+ year selling advertising or advertising-like services.

Experience with online productivity tools (Office 365, Salesforce, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of advertising sales experience.

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals with new and existing business.
