As an ADHD Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks for our ADHD services, ensuring timely medication reviews and seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals. Role Overview: ADHD Administrator
Key Responsibilities:

Medication Review Coordination: Ensure timely scheduling and follow-ups for ADHD medication reviews in line with NICE guidelines.

Patient Communication: Contact patients and caregivers to arrange appointments and send necessary reminders.

Prescription Management: Oversee NHS prescriptions, maintain audit trails, and handle repeat prescription requests efficiently.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records in IAPTUS, update patient information, and manage shared care forms.

Administrative Support: Prepare reports, format documents, and handle general patient inquiries with professionalism.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Background in customer-focused administrative roles, preferably within healthcare settings.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital administrative tools; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
