About the Job
Strayer University is seeking a passionate and experienced Adjunct Faculty member to teach graduate-level Health Services Administration courses online. Key Responsibilities

Teach assigned courses from a pre-designed curriculum while enhancing lessons through personal expertise and technology.

Engage students through Strayer’s online learning platform to create a dynamic, interactive experience.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to ensure academic success.

Maintain virtual office hours and consistent communication via email, phone, or text.

Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and required training.

Set clear expectations and uphold high academic standards.

Experience Requirements

Teaching experience at the college level; online teaching experience preferred.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare administrative, leadership, or management role (5 years preferred).

Experience in Health Policy and/or Law, including regulatory compliance, risk management, ethics, or advocacy roles.
Educational Qualifications
-
Doctorate in Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Services Management, Health Science, Public Health, or related field, OR

Doctorate in a Business-related discipline with a Master’s in Health Services Administration or Public Health, OR
-
Doctorate in a Business-related discipline with 18+ graduate semester hours in Health Services Administration.
Certificates, Licenses & Other Details

Professional certification in specialty (if applicable).

Must be authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship not available).
Compensation & Benefits

Pay per course ranges from $2,300 to $3,100 depending on type (online/on-campus).

Faculty may teach multiple courses per quarter.
