Position Summary
North Greenville University is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Applicants may teach traditional or online courses. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to integrate biblical faith into their teaching.
All NGU professors are expected to be orthodox Christians, active in their evangelical congregation, and serve as role models in faith, ethics, and mentorship. Teaching should reflect a biblical worldview in alignment with the university’s Statement on Human Flourishing.
Key Responsibilities

Teach assigned courses within the College of Business and Entrepreneurship.

Organize and present subject matter effectively to students.

Utilize the University’s learning management system effectively.

Maintain accurate and secure student records, grades, and attendance.

Meet all deadlines for syllabi and grade submission.

Communicate professionally and promptly with students, department leadership, and relevant staff offices.

Model Christian faith in the classroom and beyond.

Integrate Christian faith explicitly with teaching content.
Physical & Cognitive Requirements

Ability to move between buildings for classes, meetings, and events.

Clear and professional communication skills for instructions and lectures.

Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence to express ideas constructively and prudently.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s degree in a business-related field required; Doctorate preferred.

Experience: Previous university teaching experience preferred.
