About the Role

We are recruiting Administration Assistants / Receptionists to provide critical support across our administration hub and community reception sites. These roles involve front-line interaction with patients and families, supporting healthcare professionals, and maintaining efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, service users, carers, and clinicians.

  • Provide reception support across community health centres and mental health reception sites.

  • Deliver accurate administrative support, including appointment scheduling, data entry, and responding to queries.

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure timely communication and patient care coordination.

  • Maintain a welcoming, professional front-desk environment, managing both telephone and in-person enquiries.

  • Travel to various Trust sites as needed to ensure adequate reception coverage.

Locations May Include

  • Hub Base: New Mill, Saltaire

  • Community Sites: Keighley, Canalside, Shipley, Hillside Bridge, Undercliffe

  • Mental Health Sites: Hillbrook, Fieldhead

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience (especially within healthcare or customer-facing settings)

  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-demand environment

  • Willingness to travel between sites as required

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting clinical teams

  • Familiarity with NHS systems and procedures
