About the job

The main function of an imaging technician is to assist with providing electronic images to different business unites on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities:

– Open, prepare, and sort all mail slated for digital imaging and subsequent processing.

– Analyze content of documents to identify the business unit to which it belongs.

– Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes.

– Performing document scanning on high-speed scanners.

– Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues as necessary.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 1-2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience.

2) This role requires lifting scanned boxes approximately 20-30 lbs.

3) Proficiency in MS office, strong PC skills

4) Tech savvy and quick learner who is able to pick up on internal systems

Nice-To-Have Skills:

– Proven knowledge of all BU doc types

– Experience operating office equipment and ability to trouble shoot minor hardware and software issues. 1+ years of experience.

Education: high school required.
