About the job
We are currently recruiting for multiple Administrative Assistantopportunities in the Charleston Metro region. These positions are with companies in the engineering and IT sectors with well-established businesses located in Charleston and North Charleston.
Duties include answering phones and greeting visitors, scheduling conference rooms, maintaining office supplies, and other general administrative tasks to support multiple departments and maintain efficiency in day-to-day office operations within each company.
Hours for the positions are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no weekends). Our clients offer completed benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more. We are seeking individuals who have proven experience in office administration or office management.
