ADMIN ASSISTANT

100% Remote

Part-Time, long term contract

[Ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a flexible schedule! Some weeks might demand more than others.]

This position will be supporting an entrepreneur who is seeking someone to help him continue to expand and maximize his time by easing him of the administrative / time consuming tasks he is doing at present. He is currently involved with 4 companies at different levels, along with being a Partner of a large organization.

** Looking for someone who is able to be flexible, as some weeks may be more demanding than the next**

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Communicate with vendors and/or customers
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
